WHILE the NSW Government continues to enforce laws that have a debilitating impact on border communities, several Swan Hill and surrounding businesses are going out of their way to help.

Tighter border controls came into effect on Wednesday, making it more difficult for those who live outside of the "specified border zones", including Moulamein, to cross the Murray River.
