TO celebrate a "boom" in Balranald, the inaugural Balranald Industry Mixer was held last month.

The event was hosted by Balranald Five Rivers Outback Festival co-ordinators Helen Murphy and Zoe Hutchinson and Balranald Shire Council manager of strategic development Gavin Helgeland.
