WHILE several businesses have been forced to shut-up shop due to the COVID-19 crisis, many businesses have taken an innovative approach to remain open.

Swan Hill Chemicals owner Gary Jeans said their store had been "flat-out" the past few weeks with some major changes implemented to ensure they remained operational.
