A NEW South Wales police inspector in charge of the Tooleybuc and Euston border checkpoints says 90 per cent of people are complying with border permit conditions.

The decision to close the Victorian/NSW border was made between Victorian Premier Daniel Andrews and NSW Premier Gladys Berejiklian following consultations with the NSW Chief Health Officer and Prime Minister Scott Morrison, to slow the spread of COVID-19.
