LOCAL crusader for refugee rights, Rohullah Hossaini has described the maternity ward attack in Afghanistan as "inhumane" that has left him "absolutely heartbroken".

Media reported that on Tuesday, 24 people were murdered after militants stormed a maternity hospital in Afghanistan's capital, Kabul.
