Michael’s mission gets moving

MICHAEL van Ewijk is on a mission to beat blood cancer. 

The keen 70-year-old cyclist set off on his 700-kilometre solo journey yesterday, travelling from Balranald to Moulamein.

His aim is to cycle 100km per day, raising money and awareness for a rare form of blood cancer, finishing his journey in Wagga Wagga. 

To date, Mr van Ewijk has raised $9070 for the Leukaemia Foundation WMozz...
