SWAN Hill District Hospice Committee has been left "overwhelmed" after more than $11,000 was recently donated.

Of the total, $8000 was donated from the Swan Hill Combined Service Clubs Fishing Classic, with the other $3000 provided by Swan Hill Rotary Club.

Hospice committee president Michael Crowe said the committee was grateful for the community support.
