SWAN Hill Leisure Centre manager Tim Free is disappointed the business will again close its doors due to COVID-19 lockdowns, but is also ready to create an online presence for members and the broader community.

"Obviously it's disappointing and challenging but we are remaining positive and looking forward," he said.

"We have our fitness network which we have been doing since the initial lockdown...
