THE future of a proposed mine near Lalbert remains uncertain after a government authority told a hearing more information was needed on environmental impacts.

Public hearings run by an Inquiry and Advisory Committee looking into VHM Ltd’s proposal for the Goschen mineral sands and rare earths project ended on Tuesday.
