POLICE are investigating a “senseless” blaze that destroyed a playground in Swan Hill’s Apex Park on Monday night, no more than two months after it was officially opened.

The playground has now been closed, with fences installed around the melted equipment on Tuesday morning, as Swan Hill Police narrow in on those who committed the act of arson.
