THE 58th annual Swan Hill Bowls Club autumn carnival rolls into action on Saturday, with hundreds of competitors set to take part.

The first bowl will be rolled out at 11.45am, with Mayor Stuart King to be given the honour of kicking off the carnival.

The carnival will continue all next week before it concludes on Monday, May 13.
