Chef Matthew Butcher performed a cooking demonstration for the crowd using local ingredients.Keith and Jackie Ridout from Cape Paterson tried the hand made fudge from Charlotte Piper from Kerang. Chef Ryan Box from The Orange Door catering cooked food all afternoon. Heather Milley, Helen Tuntar, Sharon Brinkman and Sue Shields enjoyed the Africian food from Helen's Big H Africian Kitchen.
